As we approach the Christmas holidays and the close of 2023, I want to take a moment to share some thoughts and reflect on the past year, which presented its fair share of challenges.

The year 2023 presented us with hurdles, particularly in the wake of the ongoing war conflict in Ukraine and the volatility of input prices. In these testing times, we recognize that the assurance of reliable and verified suppliers is more crucial than ever to our customers. It is with pride that I acknowledge our collective ability to navigate through these uncertainties successfully.

Besides, in our ongoing pursuit of innovation, we added a new steam cooler design, a noteworthy addition to our expanding product portfolio. Several of our products have also undergone the rigorous PAVUS certification process, attesting to their high quality and safety for our customers.

Participation in various conferences, whether as active contributors or attentive attendees, has provided us with opportunities to share knowledge, fortify professional relationships, and gain fresh perspectives. Thanks to the hard work of our employees, we achieved a record volume of completed orders in 2023.
